1. EQ-i 2.0 Assessment
The first step in the process, the assessment, will be sent to the email address provided in the contact information. You will receive delivery of the assessment in 24 hours.
2. Complete the Assessment
The assessment is completed online. Once you submit your answers, they are scored, and you will receive a scheduling link to book your debriefing session.
3. Complete the Debriefing
Just before the debriefing you will receive a PDF copy of your report. We will review the findings and recommendations and create personalized goals. Plan for about 90 minutes for this session.
