of the mediation
- Voluntary mediation - $100.00
per party per hour, minimum of 2 hours
- Half day voluntary/Court ordered mediation (3 hours) - 2
party with or without representation - $200.00 per party
- Full day voluntary/Court ordered mediation (8 hours)- 2
party with or without representation - $600.00 per party
- Mileage as per state rate for distances over 100 miles round
trip
- Additional hours are $75.00 per party per hour pending availability.
- Multiple party mediations (court
ordered or voluntary) price determined by time and number of parties participating.
